Biography
Nigel is a graduate student in the rhetoric, politics, and culture program in the Department of Communication Arts at UW-Madison. His research focuses on the historical, rhetorical, and theoretical foundations of modern law, and the limits, possibilities, and effects of placing moral expectations on legal texts and institutions.
