In an interview with C-SPAN’s Peter Slen, Professor Allison M. Prasch previewed what we can expect to see in President Biden’s first State of the Union Address on March 1. She discussed the various challenges Biden must address tomorrow night, focusing on how he must speak to numerous domestic and international crises, including an ongoing global pandemic, historic levels of inflation, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and internal/external threats to American democracy.
