Ika Dai is a graduate student under the mentorship of Professor Lyn van Swol. Her interest lies in the field of organizational communication, exploring how individuals’ unique communication styles impact communication practices, decision-making processes, and advice-seeking behaviors. Before pursuing Communication Science, she obtained her M.A. in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is also a returning “Badger”, as she completed her B.A. from UW-Madison.
