Steph is a MA/PhD student in Film. She was born and raised in the Bay Area, and went to the University of Chicago where she received BAs in Sociology and Cinema and Media Studies. Steph is primarily interested in the formal construction and representation of sexual violence in film, along with spectatorial experience, affect theory, and cinematic engagements of the viscera.
