Carla Pentimone, a Communication Arts graduate and forward on the national champion women’s hockey team, recently received congratulations from College of Letters & Science Associate Dean Susan Zaeske. Pentimore, who received the team’s 2010-2011 Most Inspiring Badger Player Award, will be entering the graduate program in communication at Northwestern University in the fall. On graduation day she praised Communication Arts for a wonderful education and named Professor Lyn Van Swol and Professor Robert Asen as formative influences.
